The University of Calgary will be using $125 million in funding for their One Child Every Child: A Transformational Child Health Research Initiative.

Last December, as the first step to help improve access to dental care, our Liberal Government launched the Canada Dental Benefit.
We are helping eligible families to cover dental care expenses for children under 12 years of age. As of now, the Canada Dental Benefit has helped more than 300,000 children get brighter smiles and healthier teeth.
In November 2022, our Liberal Government brought forward a Drug Shortages Task Force to further improve our ability to prevent and mitigate shortages. We want to hear from you!
Our Liberal Government is building an immigration system geared towards economic growth and meeting labour demands. We recently announced the launch of a category-based selection for Canada’s Express Entry system.

I'm pleased that our Liberal Government was able to reach a deal. The deal was both fair to employees and reasonable for taxpayers. Our public service has resumed normal operations.
